being healthy vs being extreme to look healthy

Most people know “exactly” what to eat to be considered healthy. In a weird way we just assume that eating that way will make us look extremely healthy. It aint so if you’re REALLY into looking REALLY fit like a fitness model or like an athlete.

Simple good eating behaviour like getting three nutritious meals a day won’t cut it. It won’t reveal any abs neither will it make you stand out.

what our eye finds “athletic and healhty” regarding body images is seldom that healthy. it’s more healthy a la extreme.

I guess you know you must adopt a diet plan that is strict and serves its purpose. Strict is NOT the same thing as no carbs, no sugars, no this no that. As a matter of fact it’s the opposite.

You must eat for performance, not what is conventionally considered to be wholesome and good for you,

Many foods are extremely nutritious, but are not that great on a get lean diet since they either have too much of something or are being eaten at the wrong time.

The same foods that can make you fat can make you ripped and lean. You just have to know what rules to follow and WHY.
