I work out of private gyms owned by my training clients as well as at Golds Gym in west Hollywood. If you need a dedicated coach to train you in your own LA-based gym, send me your request and we’ll go from there.

Working with me is not a “I say you follow blindly” cooperation.  It’s important you understand what we’re trying to accomplish by adhering to the program I design for you. I meet a lot of people who’ve been trying to lose weight and tone up without results. The reason is either inefficient training or a lousy diet (and yes a low calorie diet can be lousy too!).

Since I compete in fitness figure I like to sculpt physiques. It’s not about “just build muscle”, it’s about molding them into the right spots so you get an aesthetically pleasing body instead of just being buff! It’s all about symmetri. For women, this often means less work on biceps and quads and more triceps, back, hamstrings and glutes. Men usually forget to work their back and focus solely on their biceps and chest. Why not focus more on shoulder width there to get a broad frame under the suit…

Regarding my diet philosophy, it depends on your body type and goals. You CAN build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. There is no reason to first bulk up and then tone down. I mean, who wants to look chubby? Nobody!

I don’t believe in deprivation or omitting certain nutrients. It’s all about knowing where to put in your desired foods. That is why you need ME. I will guide you to the right way to eat for YOU.
